Deposit -
• A non-refundable deposit of £50-£100 will be required to secure your booking.
• Without a deposit a time slot / design is not secure and is still available to others.
• Dates/Times are offered to multiple people.
Rescheduling -
At least 72hours notice is required for rescheduling your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Beyond this time a new deposit will be required to reschedule you.
Lateness -
If you are running late please do pop me a DM on Instagram or an email, I can not promise I will be able to accommodate you if you are later than 15-20minutes due to the tight schedule of my day. If this is the case and I am unable to slot you in or it is beyond the 20mins a new deposit will be required to rebook you.
